Box Office Results · October 02, 2011

The Lion King’ finally gave up it’s Box Office crown this week, but another animal swam right up and clamed it. ‘Dolphin Tale’ leapt from its third place position last week right into the lead!

All the newcomers this week all faltered; not one of them even cracked the top three. Apparently, if your movie does not centralize around an animal character the audiences don’t want anything to do with it.

  1. I heard that “ol-boot-faced” Daniel Craig’s movie “Dream House” didn’t have advance screenings for the press. Usually that means that a movie is god-awful.
