Box Office Results · October 09, 2011

Hugh Jackman and his mechanical fighters gave George Clooney’s political thriller, ‘The Ides of March’, a pretty severe beating this weekend at the box office. As formulaic as ‘Real Steel’ looks, it still has an Aussie stud and giant robotic beat-downs! That sounds like win-win to us!!

Don’t get us wrong though, George Clooney and Ryan Gosling are well worth the price of admission, it’s just we’re a little tired of political campaigning and sex scandals.

But, it is the first time in weeks where the newcomers haven’t debuted way down on the list. Good Work, Gentlemen!

  1. Um…I am not surprised that Real Steel is #1…but it’s a little bit sad…
